You may also call us on 020-8543-7417 but please note we are not a free technical support line for Apple iPod and we may reserve the right not to answer these types of queries on the phone, and on some occasions will ask you to mail your request to us so that we can start the search process for you.
DELIVERY POLICY
We seek to complete all repairs within 3 days at most. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to circumstances out with our control such as stock availability. If you are not happy with the times we take to repair your IPOD after the 3 days are up, we will be more then willing to send it back to you. We will even pay for your return postage.
Spare parts will be subject to availability however we do have a large amount of spares physically in stock. In the event that we are unable to supply the part,we will inform you of this as soon as we possibly can. We will attempt to send out most parts ordered before 14:00 on the day of ordering. However, at peak times we may may not be able to achieve this.
REFUND AND CANCELLATION SUMMARY
You may cancel under the Distance Selling Regulations (2000). You have 7 days in which to notify us that you wish to cancel. You have to notify us of your cancellation by email. You are responsible for returning the goods together with all associated costs. You must take reasonable care of the goods. Goods which cannot be resold as new will be rejected for refund and returned to you. We reserve our right to charge a restocking fee of 20% of the goods, excluding shipping, where the goods are not faulty.
UNCLAIMED IPODS
Any iPods that are send in for repair and left unpaid for 30 days will be disposed of.
